Over the course of these four immersive days in our kitchens, you will prepare the must-know recipes of Lyonnaise gastronomy alongside our chefs from the Lyfe Institute:
- Day 1: The school of the Lyonnaise mothers
- Day 2: The iconic recipes of Monsieur Paul
- Day 3: Market-inspired cooking
- Day 4: "On casse la croûte!" ("Let's Grab a Bite!")

- A guided visit to Les Halles Paul Bocuse
- An apron and an Opinel paring knife

- More than 30 days before the start of the course: 90% refund
- From 29 to 15 days before the start of the course: 10% refund
- Less than 15 days before the start of the course: no refund
