Your week at a glance:

Over the course of these four immersive days in our kitchens, you will prepare the must-know recipes of Lyonnaise gastronomy alongside our chefs from the Lyfe Institute:

  • Day 1: The school of the Lyonnaise mothers
  • Day 2: The iconic recipes of Monsieur Paul
  • Day 3: Market-inspired cooking
  • Day 4: "On casse la croûte!" ("Let's Grab a Bite!")

 

Included in this program:

  • A guided visit to Les Halles Paul Bocuse
  • An apron and an Opinel paring knife

 

Example recipes:

  • Pike quenelle with Nantua sauce
  • Sea bass en croûte with Choron sauce
  • Bresse chicken with morels
  • Pâté en croûte
  • Tarte tatin

 

Cancellation policy:

  • More than 30 days before the start of the course: 90% refund
  • From 29 to 15 days before the start of the course: 10% refund
  • Less than 15 days before the start of the course: no refund

These classes take place in full immersion at the Ecole de Cuisine Gourmets, located at 20 Place Bellecour, 69002 LYON, from 8:45 AM to 4:00 PM.
